We work through a deliberate, staged pathway designed to stabilise performance under pressure.
The pathway toward the AND State follows a deliberate sequence.
Phase 1
Performance–Connection Maturity Diagnostic
We begin by mapping the hidden constraints on performance within the leadership system.
Rather than treating performance and connection separately, the Lumren Diagnostic integrates relational insight with operational performance data to identify where execution is being constrained.
It surfaces misalignment, decision latency, relational friction and pressure-driven behaviours that undermine sustainable performance.
The result is a clear, evidence-based starting point for stabilising execution and restoring performance coherence under pressure.
Performance is assessed across core system attributes including role clarity, decision rights, accountability and performance visibility.
Connection is assessed across three relational dimensions:
Connection with self - energy, agency, boundaries and the capacity to sustain performance
Connection with others - trust, psychological safety and quality of working relationships
Connection with the organisation - clarity of purpose, strategic alignment and coherence between stated values and lived experience
These insights are correlated with core operational measures such as revenue, EBIT, productivity and turnover - making visible where value is being constrained.
Phase 2
Leadership Alignment
Sustainable progress toward the AND State begins with leaders and leadership teams - and how they operate under increasing complexity and pressure.
We work with leaders to align how they lead - individually and collectively - including how they interpret priorities, make decisions, hold accountability and navigate tension within the system.
This strengthens judgement under pressure and builds a shared understanding of what effective leadership looks like in this context.

Phase 3
Connection in Practice
